Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act Education Session

The Ontario Government adopted the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) on October 19, 2021. ONCA provides Ontario not-for-profit corporations, including charitable corporations, with a modern legal framework to meet the needs of today’s not-for-profit sector. It sets out how not-for-profit corporations are created, governed, and dissolved.

ONCA provided organizations with three years to complete this transition which is now less than one year away.

The Ontario Hockey Federation wants to give you the opportunity to hear the steps and process required to be compliant. This education session is open to all OHF Members and Associations to learn about the ONCA requirements.
