BFL Women in Coaching Award IS LIVE

The search for Canada’s top women behind the bench is officially underway.
The BFL CANADA Women in Coaching Award returns for its 7th season, celebrating the incredible women who continue to shape the hockey experience for athletes across the country. Nominations ARE OPEN, giving communities the chance to recognize leaders whose commitment, compassion, and expertise elevate the game at every level.

This annual initiative, delivered in partnership with Hockey Canada and its Member organizations, honours women in three coaching categories—Community, Competitive, and High Performance. Each category highlights a unique pathway in coaching, and together, they showcase the depth of talent and influence women bring to the sport.
